Technical characteristics:
(1)It adopts unique dual grade overspeed atomization device to make cone shape seed and atomized liquid medicine mixed completely by high speed rotation to improve the adhesion of liquid and seed and coating uniformity greatly.
(2)It adopts advanced elastic auger coating conveying device and is more suitable for coating of breakable seed, easy for cleaning without broken seed. The machine uses all-enclosed structure to avoid the medicine smell which is harmful to the operator.
(3) It designs adjustable peristaltic metering pump for medicine supply and medicine does not contact with pump body to ensure accurate proportion of medicine and seed. which solves mechanical problem of piston pump resulted from check valve blocking by liquid medicine. The proportion of medicine and seed shall be between 1:20 and 1:125(it is adjustable in the range).
(4) Electrical controls are equipped with material and liquid medicine flow sensor which has improved the mechanical stability, reliability and adaptability of machine greatly.
(5) In addition to all of the above characteristics, it can also reduce 15% coating agent loss.
